Dispatch Times

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).

• You’ll receive a tracking email when your parcel ships.

Carriers & Services

• Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, Evri, or DPD depending on item size and destination.

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch for most UK addresses (remote areas may vary).

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address and postcode are correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for delays or loss due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

If You’re Not In

If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier may leave a card, deliver to a neighbour/secure location, or take the parcel to a local collection point. Uncollected parcels that return to us can be re-shipped for an additional postage fee.

Missed “Gifts/Freebies”

If a complimentary low-value item is missing from your order, we may refund or credit the value instead of re-sending the free item.

Undeliverable/Returned Parcels

Parcels returned due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refused delivery can be re-sent once postage is paid again. Refunds in these cases exclude original shipping costs.
