Change of Mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Return window: 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the item.

Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Hygiene items: For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear bottoms, earrings and similar items are only returnable if unopened and with hygiene seals intact.
How to start: email returns@niceweareuro.site with your order number, item(s), and reason.
Refund timing: within 14 days of us receiving the return (to the original payment method).
Exchanges (Fit/Size/Colour)

30 days from delivery for exchanges, subject to stock availability.

We ship the replacement once your return is scanned by the carrier or received at our facility.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

Report within 30 days of delivery to support@niceweareuro.site with photos/video and your order number.

If confirmed faulty/incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid UK returns label and send a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping

UK returns for change of mind: You can use our label (deducted from refund) or your own trackable service.

Faulty/incorrect: We cover return shipping in full.
Non-Returnable
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, perfume/deodorant stains, or missing tags/packaging may be refused.
